Join us for an evening of celebrating Cultura - comida y bebida ‘s 10-Year-Anniversary — Friday, October 30th!!

This will be a festive evening with a beautifully curated Chef’s tasting menu, welcome cocktails included upon arrival from 5:30-6:00pm included in guest tickets.

Dinner seating for all parties will be conducted by 6:15pm.

Tickets available on OpenTable via our website www.culturacarmel.com —> select reservations —> select Friday, October 30th @ 5:30pm

$155 per person (includes dinner menu & welcome cocktails) + local tax + 20% service gratuity.

Only 50 seats available for this celebratory evening, adorned with Día de Los Mu***os decor, and other special surprises.

A uniquely curated beverage menu will be offered in addition to the tasting menu, including library Mezcales and clever new cocktails never offered on our beverage menu prior.

Tables will be sat according to how many tickets were purchased per guest, up to six tickets per guests.

Ten years of Cultura 🌵✨

It’s hard to put a decade into words.

What began as an idea—a little wild, deeply personal, and rooted in our love for Oaxaca, its food, mezcal, people, traditions, and extraordinary sense of place—became something far bigger than we could have imagined.

For ten years, Cultura has lived down this little passageway in Carmel. We’ve cooked thousands of meals, opened countless bottles, poured an immeasurable amount of mezcal, thrown parties, weathered storms, survived a pandemic, celebrated milestones, made mistakes, grown up, changed, and kept going.

But the most important part has always been the people.

To every person who has worked alongside us and given a piece of themselves to this restaurant: thank you. Cultura exists because of you.

To our farmers, winemakers, mezcaleros, purveyors, artists, craftspeople, friends, and the communities in Oaxaca who have inspired and taught us so much: thank you for allowing us to share a small piece of what you do.

And to every guest who has walked through our courtyard, sat at our tables, trusted us with a celebration, ordered another mezcal, told a friend about us, or simply came back again: you are the reason we made it to ten.

Restaurants are strange, beautiful living things. They change with the people who pass through them. After ten years, Cultura carries a little bit of everyone who has been part of it.

We are incredibly grateful for what this little restaurant has become—and for all the memories held within these walls.

Here’s to ten years of Cultura Carmel.

And to whatever comes next.
