There is nearly 60% more nitrogen in the air than there is oxygen. This machine extracts this nitrogen from the air and infuses it into your cold brew coffee.

The result is a strong, smooth cold brew and a rich, creamy head, with a bit of subtle sweetness.

Well...we sure weren't expecting this.

When my brother (Zachary Katterjohn) and I (Benjamin Katterjohn) opened two weeks ago, we planned on two slow weeks of getting used to work flow and tracking inventory, preparing for a big launch this week.

We weren't expecting the incredible turnout every single day. We weren't expecting to meet so many wonderful first time guests, who have already become regulars.

We were confident in the premium artisanal coffee beverages we've designed. But we didn't expect to hear things like...

"A life changing cup of coffee."

"A sixth sense sort of taste."

"The perfect cup of coffee."

And,

"The best coffee in Burlington."

Thank you to each and every one of you who made our first two weeks so incredibly spectacular. Thank you to our incredible host, Sursy. 🪴🍷🍺
