✨We need your help! ☕🥞🍓
As we start planning the menu for our new truck, Rooted 563, we'd love some input from our friends, family, and future customers!
The original idea behind this truck has always been coffee (my favorite thing 🫣😭), but we're also thinking about offering specialty dirty sodas that will rotate and change often.
For food, we're planning on serving:
✨ Mini Pancake Boats (think mini pancakes loaded with all your favorite toppings!)
✨ Açaí Bowls
✨ Grab-and-Go Treats & Snacks and breakfast items
✨ Maybe even some type of breakfast sandwich, depending on what we're allowed to do (meeting with the health department for the first time on Thursday 🤞🏻🤞🏻).

Because we're starting with a smaller food truck, we won't have a full kitchen, which does limit some menu options right now. But as we grow, our hope is to continue upgrading and expanding what we can offer.
