Sunday Supper is on the menu this week at Chef Bernadette’s Kitchen!

Herb-Seared Chicken with Garlic Herb Pan Sauce and Slow-Braised Beef & Onion Gravy, both served with silky garlic mashed potatoes.

Complete the table with Honey Glazed Carrots, Garlic Parmesan Roasted Zucchini, House Garlic Butter Pull-Apart Rolls, and Triple Berry Shortcake Cups.

Available in single servings and family pans.

A little look at last week’s Homestyle Chicken dinner!

Pan-seared chicken breast over creamy mashed potatoes, with scratch-made pan gravy served on the side and honey glazed carrots. And the stroganoff was a huge hit.

This week certainly did not go as planned.

Tuesday morning, while picking up a few things for my meal drop, I was involved in a car accident after another driver ran a red light. Thankfully I’m okay, but I had to postpone the week’s orders.

I’m so grateful for the kindness and understanding from my customers. All existing orders have been rescheduled for the same pickup and delivery times next Tuesday, and ordering is open again!

So, last week’s menu is getting an encore!

Tender sliced steak, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and buttery egg noodles tossed in a rich, creamy pan sauce.

*Homestyle Chicken & Pan Gravy
Pan-seared chicken breast, sliced over creamy garlic mashed potatoes with my house-made pan gravy served on the side.

This week's menu features two Italian favorites designed for easy lunches, family dinners, and delicious leftovers throughout the week.

• Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti
• Lemon Chicken Piccata with Spaghetti
• House Caesar Salad Kit
• House Garlic Butter Pull Apart Rolls
• Strawberry Shortcake Cups
• Extra Marinara by the Pint

Family pans serve 4 and include garlic butter pull apart rolls.

Individual meals include spaghetti, extra sauce, and 2 garlic butter rolls.

The Caesar Salad Kit features crisp romaine, shaved Parmesan, seasoned croutons, and scratch-made Caesar dressing with fresh lemon, garlic, and anchovies.
