I am usually so nice.... But this review just literally sent me over the edge. Our keyboard warrior who made a public review, I made a public response, and so I'm just going to publicly post it on our public page.

To get a 2 star review for this struck some kind of nerve with me. I'm not sure if it's the "AI logo" that was ACTUALLY specifically drawn for us from True Fit Marketing (which she nailed for us). Or if it was because the logo was ACTUALLY made from a company that is local and supports us by even eating at our ice cream shop. Or if it was the fact of calling me "lazy" for using it for 3 signs in our shop whenever I try to do MOST of our signage on Canva MYSELF, but Lord knows I was in a hurry to get something out so I used it, God forbid. Or maybe it's because I'm not only a business owner, but a mom, wife, we other businesses, cattle and a farm and someone gives me 2 stars for not having an hour to make a sign because I have OCD and needed help.... And trust me I BARELY ask for help. Or maybe because this review is nothing about our shop, the ice cream, the staff, nothing. A 2 star review over signs.

So yeah, I got a little angry. Apparently I'm all peopled out today 💅 for your entrainment purposes, everyone can see me "crash out" as my teens say in the kitchen on the Rough Cut Tavern side of the building 😅
