We had the opportunity today to attend the Fall Portfolio Show for Serendipity Wines LLC. Thank you so much for having us! It was wonderful meeting so many great producers and taste some incredible wines.

As we head into the weekend, it just so happens to be National Red Wine Day! 🍷

I used to be a seasonal wine drinker, reds when
it was cooler and whites all summer long. Somewhere along the way, that changed, and now I enjoy a good red year round.

Are you team red all year, seasonal, or skipping the red altogether? And more importantly… will you be pouring a glass tonight? #🍷

As we continue through the pre-opening stage and search for the perfect location, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes at Uncorked Social! 🍷✨

Both Christine and Kat have been hard at work studying and growing their knowledge to bring even more to our future business.

📖 Kat (left) is practicing blind wine tastings and preparing for her fall WSET Level 2 classes.

💻 Christine (right) is working toward her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Of course, even a Saturday evening study session deserves a little reward! 🥂

With these hot August temperatures, Kat opted for a refreshing Pinot Grigio, while Christine cozied up on the couch with her laptop and a well-earned glass of Cabernet. 🍷

We may still be searching for the right space, but we’re using this time to learn, grow, and prepare for everything ahead. The journey to opening Uncorked Social continues and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Cheers to studying, sipping, and building something special. 🥂

Spent the day out in Fredericksburg and had to end the night with an Albariño. Why? Because today is International Albariño Day. I have to say that this has got to be my favorite white wine of 2026. The acidity, stone fruit, and salinity have been superb on warmer spring and summer days here in Texas.

We hope to someday serve an Albariño at Uncorked Social. In the meantime friends, we encourage to take a break from the usual varietals, and pick an Albariño 🐚🍊🍋‍🟩

🎉 We did it!

We’re officially graduates of the Buda Entrepreneur Cohort! 🍷

This experience has helped shape the vision for Uncorked Social, and we’re so grateful for everyone who’s supported us along the way.

Now, the search continues for the perfect space in Buda to bring our dream to life. If you know of a great location, we’d love to hear from you!
