It took 9 hours, but we canned 26 pints of pasta sauce today! We like to do pints because it is usually the perfect amount for two people. I love my Amish waterbath canner. I was able to process them all at the same time and even had room for 10 more jars.

French toast must be made with homemade bread, especially sourdough. This is a nice start to a busy day of canning

This is what happens when you get almost 10 inches of rain in 3 days and 6 inches of rain in one night. I'm pretty sure they aren't going to come back from this. The peppers are the same way.

The water is almost gone. Now we just have a muddy mess and a lot of junk to clean up
