🫐 mulberry swirl - sweet cream rippled with yun hai’s original mulberry jam

excited to be running another manhattan pop up! Coming up thursday aug 7th, we are graciously hosted by the .to.chinatown team at their Bowery HQ serving up ice cream scoops and sandos 😎 We will be vending from 4p-8p, or until sold out. 🍨

hello strawberry thai basil 😍🍓🌿 our newest and favorite flavor this july! a simple herbal spice twist on the berry sweet 🤤 this flavor is made with fresh organic strawberries and thai basil, then balanced with white pepper and a hint of lemon and lime. we first introduced this ice cream in collaboration with at her thai takeover event at , to highlight the breadth of unique and beautiful flavors prominent in thai cuisine. available starting sunday by the scoop, pot, and sando 🍨

strawberries- bold, juicy, sweet
thai basil- spicy, fresh, herbal, peppery/minty. notes of anise. white peppercorn- warmth, body, dryness
lemon lime zest - citrus, floral, brightness
