Then sit back a take note of how you feel when you see your meal, eat the meal, and how you feel afterward. These seeds are planted in your mind and create more desire to continue on the same road. Roasted Organic Vegetables, Organic Brown Rice, Organic Tahini Sauce. Simple, delicious, super filling.
