This is my momma, Jer, shes the reason i cook. Shes the firecracker behind one of our most popular dishes, Jer’s Gumbo. She’s taken first place in a high stakes gumbo contest in NOLA 🤌🏼 and just Cajun as hell and kills all the classic dishes! None of this would be possible without her. Love you Jer!

Its been a long time coming …. But im so thrilled to announce we are officially opening JANUARY 5th … one more friggin month yall! The journey to open a restaurant in NYC is not for the faint of heart🫠 opening much later than expected but honestly grew my dream team over the last few months and Kinoko wouldn’t be the same without them 🤌🏼

Ive worn almost every hat this year, stepped way out of my comfort zone, became a much feistier b, laughed and cried (prob more 😭) and brought in the whole damn circus to get her off the ground… but we are getting to the finish line and I CANT WAIT TO MEET YALL, FEED YALL, AND POUR YALL ALL THE JUICE ! KINOKO FOR PRESIDENT 2024🚀
