There’s a new morning ritual in DUMBO.

Em Vietnamese Bistro now serves Vietnamese breakfast Friday–Sunday, 8:30–11:30 AM.

Each week we’ll introduce something different — sometimes nostalgic, sometimes playful — but always comforting. Our bánh cuốn will remain, folded fresh every morning, along with a warm bowl of congee to anchor the menu.

Due to fireworks, DUMBO will close to cars after 2PM and pedestrian access will be restricted. Only those with reservations, local ID, or fireworks tickets will be allowed through.

Our staff will be at the Washington St barricade to assist and confirm your reservation—just let them know you’re dining with us. See you soon!
