Mike Gallop, a barbeque aficionado, has been obsessed with good barbeque all his life. His parents were raised in the south and he was brought up on good ‘ol fashion, down home cooking. This, together with his sales background, makes him a stickler for detail and impeccable customer service. He too reads cookbooks, web posts, twitter feeds, BBQ Blogs and more to understand and uncover the nuances

of quality food. In his spare-time he coaches lacrosse. He also taste-tests BBQ in every state he visits. Mike is an amazing time manager and prides himself on making every experience one to remember.

Join us at Twins BBQ Co. on Friday, June 26 from 6–8 PM as we celebrate America’s 250th Birthday and support a great local cause.

There will be music, good food, cold drinks, and a house beer included with admission. This is a family-friendly event, so bring the crew and come celebrate with us.

Proceeds benefit the Jason D. Lewis Memorial and Brookfield VFW Auxiliary Post 10201.

Tomorrow night is Low & Slow Social Club at Twins.

Thursday from 6–8, we’re slowing it down with Mike. Good BBQ, cold drinks, easy conversation, and our first night of Mahjong.

No agenda. No pressure. Just show up, hang out, swap some stories, and stay awhile.
