Because orders are custom, changes to your order will only be considered if
made 72 hours in advance. All orders require a 50% retainer at the time the order is placed. No work will be done on custom orders until retainer is made. Orders will need to be picked up no later than noon on Saturday for weekend orders. Customers assume all responsibility for items once they are delivered or picked-up. Heat and humidity will affect the quality of the cake. At all times cakes should be kept in a cool environment, never near heat. Sunlight will also have a negative impact on the stability of cakes.when transporting cakes, remember to keep the keep on flat surface, preferably the back of an suv or in a floorboard. Fast stops and sharp corners can cause damage to items. Tracy Hopkins and Plumpkins cannot be held responsible for cake mishaps once the customer has accepted delivery of their cake.
