I’ll be the first to admit it, I do it over and over again. Pull something out from the freezer with intentions of it being dinner, then the day gets away from me and, pivot.

This dough sat on the counter for 36 hours before I used it. If you think it’s a goner, it’s not too late! Use it! These little pockets were quick, kid approved, and perfect for stacking the freezer for a quick bite.
