Catered an hors d’oeuvre menu for at their new Shiprock Location. We had lamb and berry gastrique, corn on the cob, watermelon, butternut squash cannolis, and acorn squash filled tortillas. Huge thank you to Change Labs, my crew, and to (for the serving boards). I will always remember, the smaller the plated food is, the more work is required. Very great day!

Sometimes it’s lonely out in the world, that’s why you need to stop by for some food. We are Navajo, serving an infused version of what you already enjoy. Like our classic Chickie; a marinated thigh on ciabatta with jalapeño aioli. Or our chili dogs, 100% beef, toasted bun, topped with a unique blend of local chilies. Occasionally we do sell: porterhouse steaks, barbecue, seafood, and much more. Hope to see you on the road!

Had the opportunity to talk with the City of Gallup’s Mayor (center) before our rush. We fed over 150 people today, with the majority being Veterans from the area. Today, we served lamb stew, frybread, tortillas, blue corn mush, Navajo tea, strawberry jello, and cake.
