Three of us are staying behind to keep the ovens going, so we’ll be OPEN with a limited menu: pizzas and appetizers only. Thanks for helping us give our crew a well-earned day off!

Hello everyone!

First, we want to thank everyone who gave our AI phone ordering service a try.

Whether it’s improving order accuracy, reducing wait times, or simply making the takeout process easier, we’re always looking for better ways to serve our customers.

At this time, our 207-647-5511 line is back to normal and the AI pilot has officially ended.

Will it return in the future with new and improved features? That remains to be seen. We strongly believe in embracing new technology when it can genuinely improve the customer experience — but it also has to be the right fit for BHOP and for our customers.

Thank you again to everyone who tested it out and gave it a chance.

We’ve got some new and exciting things in the pipeline.

A couple of updates as we head into fall at BHOP!

First up, we’re officially moving into our Fall Hours:

Monday–Saturday: 11AM–10PM
Beginning at 8:30PM, we’ll switch over to our limited late-night menu featuring pizza & appetizers only.

Sunday: 11AM–7:30PM

We’ve also made an upgrade to our phone system.

To help us better serve everyone and create a faster, more streamlined takeout experience, we’ve added an AI-powered answering service to our main line at 207-647-5511.

The goal is simple: make it easier to get your order in, especially when we’re busy and our staff is taking care of the customers in front of them.

Like anything new, we’ll be making adjustments and fine-tuning things along the way to make the experience as smooth as possible. If something feels a little different at first bear with us we’re listening, learning, and optimizing as we go.
