Hi everyone, unfortunately, our 800 number which is everywhere has been broken since the power outage last week by PG&E. Comcast says it will take 5 days for their “toll free team” to fix it. I tested this morning and it still doesn’t work. If you need to reach us, please call 925-418-4341, until this disaster is fixed. I’ll let you know when that happens. By the way the Comcast toll free team is not accessible to even Comcast technical support. 🙄🙏
