My next menu to be delivered on 7/23 sold out in 8 hours, and had the largest response I have ever had. The Brentwood, Oakley & Discovery Bay area residents are 100% plugged in. There was a huge response to my recent "munchie Night" survey where they voted for the food items to be on that menu in August. They also voted for me to add more "a la carte" meats on the menus, which I most certainly will do.
For this coming menu I will feature these pork "riblets". For the first time these delicious morsels will be both offered as a meal, but an a la carte option as well

Just finished for the day. Aside from the pulled pork dinners, these are to be delivered early tomorrow as well: Beef stroganoff dinner, stuffed chicken breast dinner, the soup Minestrone and the cinnamon Monkey bread muffins.
The chicken is stuffed with cream cheese, onion, garlic, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, chopped bacon and Misc. herbs & spices.

What do I eat during busy cooking days? When I made the stuffed pork tenderloin meals I trimmed the loins and marinated these pieces in a homemade teriyaki sauce. For a quick meal I grilled them and served with rice and garlic broccoli. No food waste and it tasted pretty good too!

I shared this on my personal FB page but forgot this one. I make this Louisiana Cajun shrimp boil only once a year. It consists of larger 16/20 shrimp, red potatoes, fresh Brentwood grown corn & green beans, homemade Andouille sausage, and carrot all in a savory Cajun broth. These will be delivered this morning.
This menu and the past 3 have sold out within 24 hours in this Brentwood area.

One of the entrees going out tomorrow with the smoked chicken and Cajun shrimp boil meals are these stuffed pork tenderloin medallions. These have been stuffed with provolone cheese, spinach and roasted bell peppers. Served over rice pilaf with a parmesan cream sauce & green beans & bacon.
