Dindin!! We got the El Diablo- chorizo burger with guac, cheddy, pickled red O's & jalapenos, some greens on our house made brioche. Switch it up with the Pork Adobo Banh Mi (my uncle's pork adobo recipe). That homie could throw down! 🥖😋🤌

Crap. 😭 We need to close for the day. Having some technical difficulties. We'll be back tomorrow!!

Earth Day is every day here at Wichcraft Food Co. 🌿 Instead of noisy, smelly gas generators, our truck is battery powered by Joule Case systems. Quiet, clean, and easy. We aim to only use compostable and/or biodegradable packaging and utensils, including our prep materials (gloves, tape, containers). Tariffs? Not for us. We mostly source our ingredients locally and close to our region (Washington/Oregon/Idaho) so we can keep our prices steady and reasonable. We proudly use Mama Lil's Peppers, Beecher's, Tillamook, Cairnspring Mills (flour), Wilcox eggs, and local purveyors of fine foods. It's always been part of our business model, so it's the kind of thing we just do. ❤️🌎🌱🌞

Friday night spring menu include our super stacked Reuben, PNW Cubano, Lemongrass Chicken and/or Hoisin Glazed Tofu Banh Mi, and Basic 'Wich Grilled Cheese! Make it un-basic by adding caramelized onions, Mama Lil's goathorn peppers, bacon, or pot roast. Shoot...pack them all in there if you like. Keep an eye out for rotating sandwich specials, sweet treats, and drinks! ✌️🥪❤️

Catch this super yuuuuge PNW CUBANO this Friday before we go on vaycaycay!! What makes it PNW? It's the Mama Lil's Peppalili Pickled Relish (my favorite condiment), the Macrina bakery extra longggg sandwich roll, ham and house mojo roast pork from Carlton farms, and gooey Tillamook Swiss cheese. As always, FRIDAY NIGHTS at 645 4th St between SeeFilm and BlueSky Games 5PM-8PM!! That's that joint! 🥪😛🤌🏼
