We are not perfect by any means but we strive for it especially when it comes to our customers. At times we may fall short of your expectations but we can admit it and correct it. As a result we received the following compliment.

"Customer had an amazing experience. Staff member Javier did a great job. One of the customer's orders was wrong and they apologized and immediately told him they would remake the hamburger again. This action left a great impression on the customer."

Praise - General Compliment
" I work at a residential care facility in the area that takes in and cares for abused/neglected children. On a recent outing to the mall with one of our smaller children, I decided to try out Five Guys for this child's lunch. I was given a $5.00 allowance for the child but because of personal problems (car in shop, cat vet bill, life) I had no extra money to buy him the extras I wanted to. Marchell Brooks waited on us..... without any knowledge of my current situation and without a hint of judgement in her tone she took the $5 and turned it into a full meal (drink included) for the child in my care...... she even paid the remainder balance out of her own pocket. I want to thank you for hiring such an amazing person..... it's rare to find such genuine kindness in today's world. I walked away with tears in my eyes.

PS - Your fries are the best I've ever tasted.... I just had to try a few! :) "
