Terrible Service!! We had to leave because the forgot about and then later admitted they lost our order. When they did this they told me to call back the next day to speak with the manager.
I did as they requested and was told the manager was not in and that I would need to call back another day.
When I finally reached the manager he stated that he would make things right and wanted us to tell others how great it is.
He made an offer to send out some kind of coupon or gift card to get us to try it again. I accepted and provided our address for it to be sent.
It never came.
Offered Promises were not kept.

My BFF GOT OUT OF BLAKE ER, SUNDAY EVENING JAN 7 th SHE HAD BRONCHITIS, SO OUR SERVER STEPHANIE, PERFECT SERVER, AN THE SERVICE AN ATTENTION SHE PAID TO US, WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED....SHE SUGGESTED YOUR SOUP, IT WAS AWESOME, PERFECT, THE AVOCADO IN IT, THE SPICE, PERFECT, IT HELPED HER BREATH, THE CHIPS AN SALSA WAS GREAT TO. ALONG WITH THE CHEESE DIP...COMING BACK WEEKLY...ALSO LEO THE BARTENDER LOOKED UP HOW TO MAKE A HOT TODDY, WITH TEA, OLIVES, CINN STICK, LEMON, IT WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT SHE HAS EATIN THERE BEFORE BUT I HAD NEVER TRIED YOUR FOOD, BEFORE, ,
