🟡This has been hard post for me to sit and write. is closing down permanently after this weekend. I feel good about it because our good friends are stepping back into the retail space and will offer a lot of what you love about us. You may know after working for them for years I decided to open our own space. It’s was amazing, scary, stressful and tiring. But I wouldn’t have done anything differently (maybe slightly 😉) we loved meeting and feeding everyone with the best food we could. The welcoming you all gave us and continue has been overwhelming, which is why this is even harder to do. (Continued in comment)

Beautiful “little” loaf of sourdough this morning. We make sourdough fresh everyday with a blend 2 naturally fermented starters. One white flour starter and the other a rye starter. 3 day process of overnight wild yeast build, then mixed, folded, shaped, and cold fermented overnight and baked fresh in the morning
