Meet our newest team member!
Via Huffman is our Front of House Manager. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in May of this year and is excited to utilize her Bachelor’s in Communication. She has been in the restaurant industry since 2020 and is looking forward to stepping into a new role with a local business. Via is passionate about her community and can’t wait to be involved with the growth of Norcal!

We had the pleasure of seeing Mac Madness at lunch today. Due to weather warnings (that never really materialized, but saftey first) we both had a rare Saturday off. We got to meet their wonderful child for the first time.

For those that follow us, you may remember why we do what we do. Having a child on the spectrum, what we make ​is more than just a small business idea, its personal. Knowing that just a little of what our child eats isn't store bought processed junk is the world to us. Being able to share that with our community is an honor.

Mac Madness doesn't just create comfort food, they create a story. Being able to share that with all of us is a gift we should all be thankful for. As we said in our post a few months back, what we do isn't just business, its a part of our family. The same is true for them. They dont just serve mac, they serve a story. ​We are honored to be next to them and hope you all will continue to support this amazing small business.

The owners of the Norcal Crepe food truck have committed to lease the former Home Cafe location on Nashville Road. They plan to open the Norcal Crepe House by expanding their menu to include more than just their signature crepes. They are currently looking to hire a Head Chef to help them plan & execute the menu.
They will continue to operate the food truck but it may not be going out as much, while they prepare to open the restaurant.

ITS OFFICIAL! We are excited to announce our upcoming restaurant NorCal Crepe House will be opening in early fall @ 2440 Nashville Rd!

We will be expanding our menu to include more than just our signature crepes (more of that to come later! 😉) We will have something for everyone!

Our food truck will stay in operation, you just might not see us as much as we focus a large amount of our time and energy into getting the restaurant up and running. We will be open for larger events going forward.

We can't wait to share more of what's coming with everyone soon! Stay tuned!
