Welcome to our last regular market of the season! The date 10/10, which you could read as 10 out of 10 is how I feel about the amazing group of people that come to the park every Saturday, rain or shine and make the market what it is. Thank you all so much. There will be a wonderful selection of things to find at the park, and even if you don't need anything, come swing by the grill where we will be artfully burning vegetables (and more!) for you to nibble upon.

Maggie's Farm at Mulberry Creek says: We'll be there with bagels on! Also bread, chevre, and mutton/lamb!

Beany’s Biscuits & Bakery will be there with a variety of the biscuit lineup and plenty of fall & spooky bandanas for your best friends!

Luke Shirshac of the Shac Forge says: I'll be there with my usual supply of handcrafted metalwork!

Bumbleweed Tea Co will be there!!! Assorted lotion bars in multiple package formats, that is; tubes, screw cap tins and the original parchment & h**p twine packages. Also, some lip balms, dry loose nettles (a few other loose tea things) and complimentary hibiscus tea. Looking forward to it! See all u folks tomorrow ♡♡♡

Rewilding farm will be there with Alcohol-free tincture to help Support you on your health journey. As well as a few eggs! Get them while the girls are laying!

Pleasant Pond Orchard has a whole selection of cool apple varieties you don't see everywhere! (and familiar ones too) Fruit will include apples, a variety: Macoun, Macintosh, Northern Spy, Spencer, Chestnut Crab, Ozark Gold and Jonathon. Pears will include Bartlett, Bosc and Seckel. C***r by the half gallon! The seasonal galette is apple. We'll have both ginger and black pepper, walnut & Gruyère scones. Our offerings continue to include cookies (both peanut butter and chocolate chip), cheddar scallion biscuits and orange almond cake. As always-we have offerings which are without gluten containing ingredients, however made in a kitchen full of gluten. Hot COFFEE-Big Barn smooth roast.

Blue Bell Farm Maine has lots of spinach, lettuce and arugula. Flats of tomatoes for saucing. Beets, taters, squash. peppers, grapes, tomatillos, carrots, onions and more!

Line Dancing is back for one more time on the dancefloor! 9-10, learn some cool steps and when and where these folks cut a rug all winter.

Story time at 10 for the kiddos with Laura full on weeping at the end because she will miss the weekly little goblins until next June! BIG THANK YOU TO LAURA FOR READING EVERY WEEK!

Hello friends!
Next-to-last market this weekend. The word "penultimate" has even been bandied about to much fanfare, but it means the same thing. However it's also not quite accurate...
There are technically TWO more markets left!
Saturday October 10th. Last market of our regular season.

Then we take a good breather and prepare for the Thanksgiving Market: Saturday November 21st up at the town hall.
(We had a nice preview of the space last weekend)

Anyhow this weekend we've got:

Maggie's Farm at Mulberry Creek with Bagels, bread, goat cheese, and mutton, both ground and stew meat. (I just made some excellent mutton chili if you're needing inspiration)

Counterpoint Bread says it's the last chance this summer for brick-like rye for those who indulge. Also Miche, Sesame Sunflower Pan Loaf Khorasan Oat Sunflower Raisin

Head up the hill to the beautifully refurbished Bowdoinham Town Hall to find all your favorite folks and tasty things to cook while we're socked in with whatever weather is coming our way.

Step out of the wind at Pleasant Pond Orchard for Hot Coffee - Big Barn Smooth Roast. First c***r pressing of the season! The bad news is Shane's poor preseason planning means only sold by the gallon this week. The good news is that a gallon of c***r still isn't enough. The seasonal galette is peach paired with raspberry (last call). Both ginger and black pepper, walnut & Gruyère scones. Offerings include cookies (both peanut butter and chocolate chip), cheddar scallion biscuits and orange almond cake. As always-we have offerings which are without gluten containing ingredients, however made in a kitchen full of gluten. Fruit offerings will include variety bags of apples and we'll also have some pears.

Blue Bell Farm Maine has lots of tomatoes! Consider making sauce in the storm. Or chili perhaps? Salsa Kits too, (just add chips). Winter squashes to roast in the oven so you can pretend you have not turned the heat on. Salad fixings aplenty. Onions to go with it all, and more baby corn.

Beany’s Biscuits & Bakery will have fresh biscuits, fall & spooky bandanas for your best friend! Partridge season opens this weekend, make sure your bird dog is well rewarded.

Maggie's Farm at Mulberry Creek has their bagel collection. Get a nice selection for quick and easy breakfasts. Meats and cheeses too!

Hello friends! We're back in our usual location after thoroughly celebrating Bowdoinham!
Saturday 8:30-12:00 at the Mailly Waterfront Park.

Blue Bell Farm Maine is at peak harvest of veggies! Crisp greens to sweet and juicy tomatoes along with winter squash to roast in the oven. The debut of something totally new: Baby Corn! (like what you get in a stir fry.) Also Concord grapes (!?) , eggplants, peppers, onions, taters, beets and more.

Beany’s Biscuits & Bakery has Fresh biscuits and bandanas- fall prints & plenty of treats for your best friend!

Maggie's Farm at Mulberry Creek will have a good supply of the popular varieties of bagels, bread, and cheese. Plenty of ground mutton and some stew meat too!

At Pleasant Pond Orchard, cooler space is valuable and with apples ripe for the picking we've needed to push the peaches out and into the oven. The seasonal galette is peach paired with raspberry.
We'll have ginger scones. Our black pepper, walnut & Gruyère scones marry wonderfully with fresh tomatoes! We will continue to offer cookies (both peanut butter and chocolate chip), cheddar scallion biscuits (they still make a mean breakfast sandwich) and orange almond cake.
Hot COFFEE-Big Barn smooth roast. Fruit offerings will include apples and pears.

No regular farmers market this Saturday, September 12th. It’s Celebrate Bowdoinham!

But there’s tons of stuff going on in town, and a whole slew of unique vendors down by the waterfront. You'll be sure to recognize Grandpas Woodshed down there from the market. And keep your pup happy during the festivities with Beany’s Biscuits & Bakery over at the Bowdoinham Country Store.

Attention all zucchini pilots: GIANT ZUCCHINI RACERS! (free!)
