Feeling Grateful 🙏🔥

So I told y’all when I have good news,
I’d give it to you, so here’s the update!

This season, I’ve found a home at Onaplainbrewing in Lyman, working alongside some truly solid folks. Huge shoutout to Eric and his amazing wife Lindsay—couldn’t ask for better people to build with. I’ve found a home with people who care—not just about great beer and food, but about building something special together for ourselves, community and familys. They’ve welcomed me like family, and I’m beyond thankful.

We’re teaming up every Saturday & Sunday from 12–8 PM (or till sold out) with that Award Winning slow-smoked BBQ you know and love, alongside organic Grateful Dead-inspired brews 🍻🍖

Stay tuned for updates on the addition of a live music stage to bring more good vibes to the yard. As things grow, I’m looking to bring back woodfired pizza Thursdays & Fridays, too.

With growth, hopefully expanding into a food truck or food trailer and we’ll be looking for some solid help soon—maybe a server or someone to help run the smoker.

I teamed up with Chef Z today, and we did some thing a bit traditional to the far east. Today we did a Chinese whole lamb barbecue with traditional Chinese spices 20 spices to be exact. If there’s anyone out there that’s ever interested in having a whole lamb for their event, or even a pig shoot me a message.

Hey everyone, I’m taking orders on whole thyme & cranberry glazed smoked turkeys.
Turkeys are approximately 10 pounds each… $10 a pound fully cooked smoked glazed, vacuum, sealed and delivered.
Deliveries will be between November 20 and 22nd. North and south shore, Massachusetts one day Portsmith, New Hampshire to Portland, Maine, another.

If you’re interested in getting a whole smoked glazed turkey delivered feel free to reach out to me and get your name on the list.
There’s only 14 spots left so get your order in!
Last day for pre-orders is November 15 one week from today.
