They told Chef David Vito Quaderno to “keep it simple.” He ignored them and made Pasta con le Sarde instead. 🤷‍♂️🐟
You can’t argue with a Sicilian when he has a pan in his hand and a recipe from his nonna in his head. Authentic, slightly stubborn, and incredibly delicious. Warning: One bite and you might start speaking with your hands. 🤌✨
