New pizza alert!! The Signature Tomato Pie featuring stracciatella cheese, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and sea salt. YUM!! Stracciatella is a fresh, soft Italian cheese made by shredding fresh mozzarella into thin ribbons and soaking them in rich, heavy cream. Originating from the Apulia (Puglia) region of Italy, the name translates to "little shred" or "rag". Spread it around the pie or save it all for 1 or 2 big cheesy and creamy bites on each slice!! Open tonight and tomorrow 5pm to 9pm!!

Here are operating days and hours through May 30th... Wednesday thru Saturday from 5pm to 9pm. Dine-in only for now. Grateful for the overwhelming response from the Bluffton community and neighboring communities! Gratuitous pizza shots include the White Pie #2 with house-made creme fraiche w/roasted garlic, prosciutto di parma, and olive oil dressed arugula and a traditional pie with pepperoni, sausage, and ricotta with our house-made red sauce! Come grab one of these or design your own this week!!
