Once again, we are left without any real answers. You told us the trailer would be completed in December, yet until today, no one can provide a single photo or real update showing our trailer actually exists or is being worked on.

Every time we ask for information, we are given excuses, passed to another department, or told to wait. It truly feels like our situation means nothing to you.

Our agreement clearly stated the delivery date was July 15th. Today is December 15th. We have waited patiently for months, trusting your words, accepting delay after delay — and still we have nothing. No progress, no proof, no delivery date.

This situation has destroyed our plans, drained our savings, and taken away our chance to open our business. We are exhausted, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. All we ever asked for was honesty, accountability, and basic respect.

Hello,

Today is already December, and you previously told us that the trailer would be completed and delivered this month. Our original agreement stated the delivery date would be July 15th, and we accepted multiple delays with patience and understanding.

We have been begging and begging for honest updates, and we even asked for a refund because we are exhausted from waiting. But we were told a refund is not possible since the trailer has been “built” and would be delivered in December.

Well, today is December, so we need to know:
• What is the actual progress right now?
• What does the trailer look like?
• When exactly is the delivery date?

We’ve been waiting since July with no clear proof or consistent communication. At this point, we need transparency and real answers.

We had an agreement that our trailer would be delivered on July 15th, and we have already paid a down payment of more than $21,000. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened. Despite several delays, which we patiently accepted, the trailer has still not been delivered.

When we requested a refund, we were told it was not possible because the trailer had supposedly been built. However, there has been no real proof or progress updates provided. The only photo shared with us appears to be the same one sent to other customers, which raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency.

This situation is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If we do not receive clear proof of our trailer’s progress or a refund, we will have no choice but to report this matter to the proper authorities, including the FBI, for potential fraud and electronic deception.

We sincerely hope the company will take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately.

⚠️ Warning to anyone planning to buy from Roha Trailer Company (Texas) ⚠️

Please be careful — we signed a purchase agreement with Roha stating that our trailer would be delivered on July 15th, 2025, but until today we still haven’t received it.

They kept giving excuses and delays, and now they don’t even update us on when (or if) the trailer will be delivered. This has been very unprofessional and frustrating.

We are now asking for a full refund. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same experience.

It has now been 4 months since we paid for our trailer from ROHA Steel Manufacturing Group Trailers Division ROHA SMG LLC. , and we still have not received a clear update or delivery. Over this time, we’ve been given excuse after excuse—manufacturing issues, holidays, staff being sick, management unavailable—but never a real solution or commitment.

This is not just a minor delay; it is a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. Our business, finances, and future plans have been put on hold because of this broken promise. After 4 months of waiting with no accountability, this situation has gone beyond unacceptable.

If ROHA cannot deliver our trailer immediately, then the only fair resolution is to return our money in full. Enough is enough—this delay has already taken too much from us.

To our supporters, we sincerely apologize for the setback in our opening. We remain determined to move forward, but it’s important that others know how damaging this experience has been for us.

We want to address the ongoing delay with our trailer delivery. The trailer is now more than 2 months past the agreed delivery date. The explanations we’ve received have ranged from “manufacturing issues” to holiday schedules, staff illnesses, and management being unavailable. Unfortunately, these shifting reasons have left us without a clear or reliable update on when the trailer will actually be delivered. This lack of accountability has directly impacted our ability to move forward as planned.

To our valued supporters and future customers, we sincerely apologize for the delay in our opening. We know many of you have been looking forward to our launch, and we truly appreciate your patience and encouragement throughout this process. Please know that we remain committed to bringing you the high-quality experience we promised as soon as the trailer is in our possession and operations can begin.
