Light body with medium acidity. Notes of almond with a slight bittersweet taste of dark chocolate and orange. This is a well rounded coffee suited for personal preference of light, medium, or dark.

Brazil has a unique pulp natural processing method that they started around 20 years ago. This process falls somewhere between natural (where they dry the cherries whole) and washed (Where they wash away all the fruit). Pulped natural process only removes some of the fruit.
