We are looking for an experienced Grocery Store Retail Meat Cutter to join our meat department! If you take pride in quality cutting, presentation, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
🔪 POSITION: Retail Meat Cutter (Experience Required)
Key Responsibilities:
*Cutting and trimming beef, pork, poultry, and other fresh meats
*Preparing steaks, chops, roasts, ground beef, and other products
*Maintaining attractive, well-stocked meat cases
*Properly wrapping, labeling, and pricing products
**Breaking down shipments & loads.
Following all food safety and sanitation standards
*Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
*Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
*Helping maintain inventory and minimize product waste
✅ QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous grocery retail meat-cutting experience required
*Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Dependable, hardworking, and punctual.
*Attention to quality and product presentation
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Must be able to safely lift and handle meat products up to 100 lbs.
