𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐳𝐞𝐥 is our special dish for “Savor the Flavor” restaurant week.  
 
Our traditional pork schnitzel is always hand- pounded and breaded, then fried until golden.  
 
The Holstein schnitzel is topped with a mustard cream sauce and fried egg.  
Served with your choice of 2 sides.  
 
We can’t wait to raise a stein and celebrate the 1st annual “Savor the Flavor of the Valley” all week long. Be sure to stop by to pick up a bingo card  and have fun sampling all our beautiful town has to offer!
