Looking for lettuce? No need to give up salads this summer - we have the greens you need! Might we suggest a beautiful head lettuce, like the butter lettuce, romaine, or summer crisp pictured? We also have arugula, spinach, spring mix and a premium greens mustard mix for a variety of salad endeavors.

You can buy our greens and more:
— Through the Yellowstone Valley Food Hub online market: order by midnight Tuesdays for pickup on Thursdays at various locations around Billings and Red Lodge
— Thursdays at Carter's Brewing during our pop-up farmer's markets, 4:30-7PM. These will run July-September this year.
— Saturdays at the Yellowstone Valley Farmer's Market, 8am-12pm in downtown Billings, July 18-October 3.

As a small, local farm, our produce supply is completely separate from national outbreaks that affect larger suppliers, like the Cyclospora boom of the past few weeks. While we always advise washing all produce before eating, no matter where you buy it, with our local operation and no reported cases in Montana at the moment, you're safe with us. Plus, because our lettuce is harvested 20 minutes from our markets in Billings - and was likely pulled out of the ground the day before a farmer's market or your YV Food Hub online order pickup - it's fresh as can be and will last up to two weeks in the fridge when stored properly, unlike store-bought lettuce that travels farther.
