A neighborhood bakery & cafe located in Berthoud, Colorado, offering freshly baked artisan bread, New York style bagels, pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. At RISE Artisan Bread, we pride ourselves in individually handcrafted each bread for the perfect texture, crumb, and crust. Our artisan breads are risen for 12-18 hours, naturally fermenting the dough to achieve a delectable texture and taste in every bite. In addition to producing a delicious tasting bread, the art of fermentation helps improves the digestibility of the bread and lowers its glycemic index.
