This is one ive been thinking about doing for a very long time!!

I used the same peppers (and a few more HOT ones :) that i make my salsa with , dehydrated them and made a seasoning!!! (Its AWESOME) i've been at work in my kitchen. Feels good to be at it again.

My burger weighs 3/4 of a lb and its STUFFED!! Our Burritos weigh 2 lbs and they're NOT FILLED WITH RICE.. im bringing real California style street food and I dont make ANYTHING less than cantina style food. Very much like the very food trucks that inspired The Savory Cantina and my mother..

I look forward to our doors FINALLY getting open.

April 18th I spoke to Chesapeake utilities asked them repeatedly if we have natural gas or LP? Ive been told repeatedly Natural gas

Today I was told NO its Propane and all the equipment i bought needs to be converted!!!

This is the gas company
Can't get the lines in without massive delays
And they apparently dont tell their staff an entire region is in propane and now weve hit yet ANOTHER DELAY!!!

This has been a fight since its started and if im anything im a fighter!!!

So a new project to convert all my equipment has started.

But I will not quit!!!

I never realized how connected i am to "things" my long board, ive paddled that thing across San Francisco, I met my wife, I taught our son to skate and ive cruised all through out southern California.
Now its here in my restraunt creating conversations and reminding me of all the times and places weve been together....
