The Bemidji's Natural Choice Farmers Market starts next Saturday May 23rd. I will have a tent set up most Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The flavors I will have are ginger apple and blueberry lemon. Come by for a free sample and to chat.

The Beltrami County Wellness Expo will be downtown Bemidji at the county administration building from 11-2 on Thursday June 25th. I will have kombucha, scobys, and brew your own kombucha kits for sale. Supplies are limited.

"What happened when I drank kombucha every day?
The first thing I noticed wasn’t actually a physiological change; it was a behavioral one. By committing to drinking a bottle of kombucha every day, I inadvertently forced myself to take a break. Usually, around 3:00 p.m., I’m frantically typing emails or rushing between appointments. But because I had this designated “kombucha time,” I actually sat down to enjoy it. The carbonation is intense enough that you can’t exactly chug it, so I had to sip slowly. It became a nice little ritual of mindfulness in the middle of my chaotic afternoons."
