Today, Mark Mullan Events was at Berkeley's Energy Biosciences Institute catering a 90+ guest corporate lunch! The menu included quinoa tabbouleh with pan roasted chicken, eggplant Parmesan, and organic mixed greens salads.

To friends: Mark Mullan Events has to go on hiatus until February, and will then only be available for weekend events. Thank you so, so much for turning this dream into reality this past year.

Tomorrow evening with Mark Mullan Events we'll be catering a general meeting for UC Berkeley's AIChE. On the menu is an organic mixed greens salad with balsamic vinaigrette, a Greek orzo pasta salad, and pearl couscous with chicken and roasted vegetables. The theme of tomorrow's event in San Francisco with Innovation Endeavors and Mark Mullan Events is to celebrate the creativity, curiosity, and outside-the-box mentality exemplified by 50 local entrepreneurs. As such, the custom menu for the evening tries to embody these motifs within the food. Guests will enjoy seared ahi chased with a pickled sea bean, a build-your-own crostini bar with seven different toppings to mix and match, and various ethnic entrees that challenge them to try something outside of their comfort zone. Should be an exciting evening!
