Blue skies are here! We are all set up at Terramar Brewing & Distilling. Come on down, grab yourself an ice cream taco or sandwich. There is also freshed shucked oysters from Seas The Day. And of course all the pizza, beer, and craft cocktails that Terramar is known for.

It was an honor to help celebrate such a special milestone for an amazing family. Creating a custom menu inspired by the parents-to-be's favorite treats made the day even more memorable.

Dreaming is great, but we wanted something that would give us our first real look behind the cone and help us decide if our dream could become a reality.

We arrived at ConeCon back in November 2025 feeling excited but uncertain. Three incredibly full days later, we left 100% committed!

From supplies, stickers, photography, and business-building strategies to tasting more ice cream than Justin could handle (although he definitely gave it his best effort 😆), we soaked up every bit of knowledge we could.

One of the best parts of the experience was meeting and connecting with so many incredible people in the industry. We were inspired by their stories, learned from their successes and challenges, and gained valuable insight from those who have already taken the leap and built thriving businesses of their own.
