We just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to everyone who pulled up to the TWIL Mobile on the 4th of July!

It was absolutely bananas. The line looked like this from the moment we opened until we shut the window.

Huge shoutout to the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce for inviting us back for the third year in a row. It means a lot to be part of such an awesome community event.

And to the TWIL Squad… you all were incredible. Big sis Maxina was literally losing her voice calling out names because we ran out of pagers. 😂 The crew at the restaurant kept making runs to restock the truck so we never ran out of lumpia and everyone just kept pushing.

Were the ticket times longer than we’d like? Yep. But you know what we’ll never forget? The patience and the encouragement. So many of you thanked us for working hard and told us it was worth the wait- that meant so much.

Days like yesterday remind us why we do this. We don’t just serve food… we get to be part of this community.

From the bottom of our hearts… thank you for spending part of your 4th of July with us.

Chef Benjamin does it again. This Jasmine Rice Horchata is delicious by itself but when our bartender Elijah added the Emperador Filipino Brandy it took it to a whole new level. You guys need to come try this. Jasmine Horchata or for those over 21 get the Jasmine Alexander.
