Wine Club Open House Tonight, 4-8pm!

Westside wine lovers: Being close to wine country means you have a lot of choices in wine clubs.

Syndicate's wine club is different. You don't have to be a member to shop or dine at our restaurant, but you DO get many benefits! Any purchase you make for dine-in service at our bar saves you 15%. All bottles to go are 25% off. 6 bottles or more saves you 35%! You also receive discounts on classes, ticketed events, VIP tastings, and theme dinners!

Our club events offer flexibility you won't find elsewhere. Most wineries hold a single afternoon pickup event. We hold three scheduled, seated tastings on the first or second weekend each month, which offers you different timeslots to choose from. If you can't make it, there's always the club open house later on (like tonight)!

Now, about the wines we curate: Most winery clubs offer you just the labels they produce. Some have extended their library to other wines, such as a parent company, or wines they exclusively import. Each quarter, you receive a few wines that you may have already tried previously (just a new vintage). Otherwise, it's the same old each time.

Our club lets you travel the world of wine without a passport. Each month, we select two to three wines each from local (Oregon), regional (California and Washington), and international producers, as part of the seven highlighted wines for our club members' enjoyment. You receive two bottles, based on your club membership and what you like. How many clubs let you choose your own bottles?

Our bottle shop is largely made up of wines from previous club months' selections, so if you've shopped us before and enjoy the wines we offer, know those are the same quality of what you can expect in our club.

Okay, one more thing. Tonight, your flight of our seven March wine club selections is just $20! We'll waive your fee with any two-bottle purchase from our bottle shop. We hope to see you, and invite you to learn more about our wine club!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Whether Irish or not, may luck find you today. We all need some! ☘️

If you're looking for some fun, join us at 6pm tonight for Music Bingo, hosted by Francine Raften. Sure to be a fun evening, free to play, with real prizes! We hool two rounds. Tonight's song themes are Rebels of Rock, and Drinking Songs!

New soup lands today, and it's a crowd favorite! Back once more is Romi's own Guinness Beef Stew, made with the real thing. Hearty and perfectly paired with a full-bodied red wine, it's guaranteed to warm your heart as well as your stomach.

There's a lot more in store this week, including Wine Club Open House on Wednesday, 3/18, 5-8pm; And our Wine 101 class on Red Mountain AVA on Saturday, 3/21 at 2pm. We'll post more about those tomorrow.

Well, one more thing. Have you ever tried a wine-based cocktail? We've just added three, premium pre-mixed cocktails for your evening enjoyment! Choose from an Espresso Martini, Classic Cosmopolitan, or Lemondrop!

We've sampled them out to regulars without any explanation, and the reaction is, they're AMAZING. We agree!

For you chemistry nerds like us... how does this work?

Wine can be distilled, just like any other alcohol solution. Grape spirits are used in many cocktails and drinks throughout the world. It's also something we're allowed to offer you with our particular liquor license.

We've also got a lovely, Rosé Port & Tonic that you'll swear was made with real gin.

Every Tuesday, Francine plays themed clips of sings, and you match them to your bingo cards! Two rounds, at 6pm and 7pm, will have you jamming to old favorites while enjoying excellent wines and fresh foods.

Soup of the Day is our house Clam Chowder, rated by many regulars and us owners as THE BEST we've ever tried!

Thank you, everyone that came out last night for Troon's Winemaker Spotlight! We've always loved working with Meg and the crew, and are delighted to add several of their Druid's lineup to our bottle shop. Stop in and ask us about them!

Today's big news? Soup of the Day is Clam Chowder! Loaded with endless clams, topped with crispy bacon, full of potato, onion, cream and cheddar cheese, it's a perfect cold weather warmup for you. Pair it with our Triple Grilled Cheese and you're on your way to comfort fooding!

This weekend, we're hosting our Wine Club members for our March pickup tastings. We hold three separate tastings to accommodate all of our club members: Saturday at 1pm, and Sunday at 1pm and 4pm! If you're curious about the club, we invite you to attend our Wine Club Open House later this month on March 19. Stop in then for a flight of all seven wines, meet some club members, and figure out if this is the right one for you!

Troon loves using neutral oak, cement, and amphorae, with native yeast fermentation, limited intervention, certified organic and biodynamic winemaking to create wines of purity, focus, and high quality.

In a regional winemaking scene full of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, come try something completely different! Troon grows dozens of Rhône varietals, including some very rare grapes not produced anywhere else in Oregon.
