Meet our founder/chef, superwoman wannabe, Chef Cat Altamirano. Facts about her:
- she never cooked until the age of 21
- she lived in more than 4 countries
- she’s only 5 feet and 2.5 inches (we gotta give her the half inch)
- she’s born and raised in Manila, Philippines
- she DOES NOT eat sweets regularly or even rarely, just a bite, she’s okay with it
- she speaks 3 languages
- she’s a communications grad thinking she’ll be a journalist
- she loves dogs (Jon Snow, Sansa, Sam, Angel, Princess, Dimsum, Pancake, Waffle to name a few) and her very own Cat, Khal Drogo
- she’s the mom of Sachi Allegra, yes, she’s not Sachi 😉
- she’s left handed
- she loves feeding people, look at all of us gain weight
- she loves wine, singing, swimming in the ocean, the beach, writing and so on
- she hates lazy and sad
- she’s scared of lizards, gars, frogs and so on
- she loves Texas, Manila, back and forth
- she loves hard
- she hates lightly
- she loves creating anything under the sun
- oh and many more!
