Dear Carmen’s Cocina Familia,

As I write these words I am saddened to say goodbye. To each of you who blessed our doors today we thank you so much. The decision to close our doors right now was not made lightly. It has been both an honor and a challenge serving you guys delicious food everyday.

Just know this is not a goodbye forever, just a see you later. We appreciate each and every one of you who have stepped through those doors and shared this experience with us.

We have been so blessed to have the opportunity to serve our community and with eager hearts we look forward to serving everyone again very soon!

TOMORROW IS OUR LAST DAY FOR FOOD SALES!

Come get some empanadas, pernil and arroz gandules amongst the rest of our menu.
