🍎 Honoring Our Educators!
We were truly honored this week to cater for two of our local high schools during Teacher Appreciation Week. This community means the world to us, especially because GCCISD teachers and staff have played such a vital role in molding my own boys into successful young men. We are always ready to give back and show our appreciation!

Here’s a look at how we fueled our educators this week:

Monday: Our magnificent team served up a Pasta Bar for the “Diamonds of the Season” at Goose Creek Memorial High School.

Tuesday: We kept the energy high with a loaded Baked Potato Bar at John M. Stuart Career Tech P-Tech High School

Thursday: We wrapped up the school visits with a festive Taco Bar, also for the wonderful crew at Stuart Career Technical High Scho!

Thank you to all the incredible teachers for everything you do!

What a whirlwind! 🌪️
It’s been a hectic (but amazing) 10 days, and we are finally catching our breath! We want to give a massive thank you to everyone who kept us busy and well-supported:

John M. Stuart Career Tech P-Tech High School: Thanks for having us out for Food Truck Friday on March 22!

Baytown Parks and Recreation Baytown Market: We had a blast with the Saturday crowd on March 23.

Community Outreach: It’s always a blessing to partner with our church, House of Prayer Holiness Temple, Pastor and First Lady Thomas.

College of the Mainland: We were honored to cater a custom pasta bar for the Women’s History Program on March 24.

Faith Family Church: Thank you for always welcoming us to serve the community.

Black Professional Cowboys & Cowgirls Association: A time was definitely had celebrating Heritage Day!

Between the big events, we’ve been busy in the kitchen with private catering orders. Just look at that Mac in the picture! Creamy, cheesy, and made with love—it’s been a huge hit this week.

What’s Next? 🌮
Our next big event is Tacos and Tequila Festival : Houston! We still have an opening for Saturday, April 4th. If you need catering or a truck for your event, reach out now!
