This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house features a flex room for a home office. Open concept with 10 foot ceilings, custom cabinetry and built-ins that span the ceiling height.

Kitchen has an island cooktop with custom hood vent overlooking the dining room and living room. The living room features a beautiful brick fireplace with built-ins on both sides and French doors leading to a covered porch and carport area.

Off of the kitchen is a butlers pantry with refrigerator drawers and ice maker off of the back mudroom entry for entertaining.

This home is right at 2200 sqft living area with large front and rear porches and an attached carport.

This was a fun custom build to be a part of. These empty nest clients created a floorplan that was geared towards the primary suite side of the house. They were not afraid of color and worked with a designer to create their idea of a dream house. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom with just under 2800 sqft living area.

The kitchen was designed for the homeowners love of cooking. An oversized island for prep work and hosting large family dinners. Extended workspace between island and cabinet bank to allow for multiple people working in the kitchen together. They wanted a pass-thru window in the kitchen to the outdoor dining area for al fresco dining by the back porch fireplace. We designed the custom cabinets with the petite homeowner in mind to be able to open the window and lean across. The hidden walk-in pantry is built into the cabinetry wall and includes custom cabinetry to house a mug collection.

Master retreat side of the house features a home office, mudroom off of the garage, a master suite that connects to an oversized custom built closet that connects into the laundry room.

This house was designed and constructed after a lifetime of the homeowners learning what they love and need in a home for it to function beautifully for them.

We took one of our most popular Southern Tradition floorplans and made it Rustic Farmhouse. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom plan has been customized to add a half bath and a large carport.

The front exterior is the main focal point of this home, featuring a large pitched front porch with a burnished pine tongue and groove ceiling and turkey foot gable brackets.

The primary bedroom has his and hers closets flanking the open ensuite. Seperate vanities, a large shower with bench, and a floating tub complete this master suite.

Open concept main living area has a large island for eat in kitchen, a vaulted great room with a fireplace, and a dining room with board and batten accent wall. There is a private office/flex room with a barn slider off of the entry.

Two secondary bedrooms off of the great room with a shared bathroom make this a great home for a children and a growing family.
