2. Sweets Baked with Love by Linda offers delivery at an additional charge depending on distance. Pickup date and time must be arranged at time order is placed.

3. All baking is done in my home kitchen and I am not inspected by the health department. I assure you my kitchen is sanitary and clean as well as I use the highest quality products for your orders. Please please please be upfront with any food allergens as the product themselves may not contain said food, but may be present in the environment in which was prepared.

4. Sweets Baked with Love by Linda is NOT responsible for any mishaps once the product has left our possession.

5. Sweets Baked with Love by Linda uses images to post onto social media and I reserve the right to post photographs of orders.
