Closing Weekend at The Peggy 🍧

Join us this weekend as we wrap up our third Snowball Season — stretching well past the traditional Labor Day close! We can’t thank you enough for the love and support you’ve shared all season long. It truly means the world to us, and we know Peggy (our Great Grandma, GG) is smiling down.

Stop by Saturday, October 12th, and Sunday, October 13th from 12–6PM for your last Gourmet Century Snowball of the year. While some favorite flavors may be sold out this late in the season, our Homemade Egg Custard — made and originating right here — is ready for you to enjoy. Don’t forget to top it off with our Organic Marshmallow for the perfect sendoff.

We’re also fully stocked with our now-famous sweet treats from Heart in Hand Bread, including Brown Butter Rice Krispie Treats made with Toonie Moonie Organic Marshmallow and all-natural sprinkles imported from Europe.

✨ 103 Years of Tradition, Reimagined ✨

For generations, what we now call The Peggy has been more than a snowball stand — it’s been a summer ritual, a neighborhood meeting place, and a memory-maker for families across Baltimore. From the Sinzs family who started it all 103 years ago to ours today, it’s always been about more than just snowballs.

We’re honored to carry on this multi-generational, multi-family tradition, now with our own family — and with the same values passed down from our great-grandmother Peggy.

She believed in doing things the right way: with love, care, and real ingredients. Today, we proudly serve organic marshmallow (thank you, Toonie Moonie!), and carry on Baltimore’s most classic flavor — homemade egg custard, using the very recipe that began right here. And every flavor we serve is made with all-natural, real ingredient Monin syrups, crafted by a third-generation, family-owned French company founded in 1912.

To us, there’s no better way to honor the oldest snowball stand in the country than by taking it — and Peggy — back to where it all began.
