Hey there !!!!
What ya’ll doing with all those green tomatoes?
Why not make Raspberry Jam?
Simple Simply Simple

Just purée 2.5 cups green tomatoes, any type, I had a bunch of cherry tomatoes that were just going to go bad
1.5 cups white sugar

Place puree and sugar in heavy sauce pan , bring to a nice boil , reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring to ensure that you don’t burn it. Remove from heat let it chill out for a few minutes just a few minutes.

Add 1 box 3 ounces of Raspberry Jello stir to blended.

Have some containers to put your creation in, I used small glass jars, yogurt jars from my mom.

Will last in fridge for several weeks, I choose to put mine in the freezer.

Create and have a blessed day!
