David Barton, a native Texan, has called Austin, Texas home since 2001. He has spent more than a decade of his career in the culinary industry, including a local prime steakhouse where they specialize in steaks finished with butter. He became intrigued about the health benefits and how butter can elevate the flavor of our food. After receiving a Texas cookbook as a Christmas gift a few years ago,

he found a recipe for a compound butter. Compound butter is butter blended with fresh ingredients, to give food a boost in flavor. After extensively researching on the health benefits of natural organic butter versus the use of non grass fed industrial produced butter, David came up with Barton’s Better Butter – organic butter combined with fresh, natural ingredients to ignite your taste buds and make your everyday meals a bit more extraordinary.
