Central Texas Foodies A group of German girls who love to try out new places in Central Texas sharing the experience!

We were sitting having lunch together at Vino & Pizza in Harker Heights; it was the last lunch together for a while for our friend Bine who was about to move back to Germany. So as we were sitting there, enjoying our delicious Flatbread pizzas & wine, we talked about how we always post our food and where we go on FB and how many likes these posts are getting! Usually people comment wanting to know

where these places are so they can go! That's when we came up with we should be the Central Texas Foodies!!! We try to meet at least once a week and we're usually interested in finding new places in the area, giving them a try and sharing our experience... an idea was born & here we are, Central Texas Foodies!! I had a favorite food truck at the Round Rock outlets that served home made noodles that taste just like my mom made them (Spätzle) but the last few times I went by, the food truck was gone. I was so sad thrh werent there anymore.
Today we saw that they’re now in Lakeline mall in the food fourt! Give them a try! Nicest people too. My favorite is beef stew & noodles but they also serve chicken or pork schnitzel.

SCHOEPF’s BBQ is coming to the Georgetown Square! We are excited to be opening a 2nd location in Georgetown, Texas! We will serve all your favorite food items and some live music also! We will be making some improvements to our new location and we will keep you updated as we make progress!
