Here are some ways to care for your mental health when you can't leave the house.

If you DON’T have insurance, there are tons of free and low-cost options out there.

If you DO have insurance, you can ask your insurance company to help you find a provider or a method. Make sure to ask your provider if they're licensed to treat you in whatever medium you're seeking therapy!
