We will be closed this Saturday and Sunday, so our team can enjoy the Fourth of July weekend and hopefully a few hotdogs. 🇺🇸 Open til 9pm tonight and from 3-10pm Friday if you want to start off the holiday with us!

More new menu items for ya!

🐟 grilled dry aged bluefin tuna steak with piquillo-anchovy sauce and a whole marinated sweet pepper - running as a special for the next couple weeks

🍢 anchovy on a stick with white anchovy, white cheddar, guindilla, sweety drop pepper, and an olive. A lil savory snack added to our raw bar menu.

🥒 local cucumber salad with herb dressing, mussel escabeche, and tahini - crisp, crunchy, creamy!

🥦broccoli frito served with a bluefin tuna tonnato - a new addicting appetizer

🌽 corn dressed salad with corn-coriander dressing, roasted corn relish, and sungold tomatoes - lots of great local produce in this one

🍦a classic root beer float with housemade vanilla icecream - a sweet treat only available from 3-5pm Thursday through Sunday

we’re rolling out some new menu items over the next couple weeks to make the most of the summer season ✨

🦪 dressed oyster with preserved lemon-cucumber relish, pearl peppers, herb oil - bright, tasty, using great local summer produce!

🦀 fried soft shell green crab special with nuoc cham dressed corn and crab, sungold tomato, coconut-corn cream - available in limited quantities for a few weeks

🐟 halibut milanese with habanero-basil buerre blanc, seared radicchio castelfranco, guanciale-caper oil - cirtrusy and summery!

🐟 Half grilled branzino with cherry morita almondine, pickled fennel, fresh herbs - we ran it as a special and had to give it a permanent spot on the menu

Scenes from the kitchen this week:

🦀 Maine green crabs - an invasive species that prey on oysters and other shellfish. For 3-4 weeks out of the year when they’re molting, they have soft shells that are very tasty when fried. Keep an eye out for our soft shell green crab special over the next couple weeks.

🐟 Our first whole bluefin tuna breakdown at the restaurant with Minamoto SeaChange. We’ll use this beautiful tuna in our tartare and crudito, plus some upcoming specials

🍅 garden lookin good! that crab special includes sungold tomatoes and holy basil we grow ourselves.

Sometimes oysters and martinis start calling your name a little earlier in the day…especially on summer weekends. Starting this Thursday, 6/11, we’ll be opening up earlier at 3pm Thursday through Sunday.

From 3-5pm you can enjoy our raw bar items and a limited dinner menu on the patio or at the bar only. After 5pm, our regular dinner service resumes.

Updated summer hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday & Wednesday: 5-9pm
Thursday: 3-9pm
Friday & Saturday: 3-10pm
Sunday: 3-9pm
